Corrections Policy

ACCOUNTABILITY & TRANSPARENCY

Corrections
Policy.

Accuracy matters. When we get something wrong, we aim to review the issue and correct material factual errors appropriately.

Last Updated: July 2026

MOJO PULSE aims to provide readers with accurate, relevant and responsibly presented information. Journalism and digital publishing can evolve as new information becomes available, and occasionally published content may require correction, clarification or updating.

This Corrections Policy explains how we approach factual errors, clarifications, developing stories, updates and requests relating to content published on MOJO PULSE.

01

Review

We review credible reports of potential factual errors in our published content.

02

Correct

Material factual inaccuracies may be corrected when appropriate.

03

Clarify

Content may be clarified when wording could create a materially misleading impression.

04

Update

Developing stories may be updated as credible new information becomes available.

01
ACCURACY

Correcting Factual Errors

If MOJO PULSE becomes aware of a material factual error in published content, we aim to review the information and make an appropriate correction where necessary.

Corrections may relate to information such as names, dates, locations, figures, quotations, descriptions or other factual claims.

What constitutes a correction?

A correction addresses information that was factually inaccurate at the time it was published. Minor spelling, grammar, formatting or typographical changes that do not alter the meaning of an article may be corrected without a formal correction notice.

02
TRANSPARENCY

Significant Corrections

When a correction materially changes the meaning or understanding of a published story, MOJO PULSE may add a correction or editor’s note explaining the nature of the change.

The level of disclosure will depend on the significance of the original error and its potential impact on readers or individuals and organisations mentioned in the story.

EXAMPLE

Correction: An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated the date of the event. The event is scheduled for 18 August 2026, not 16 August 2026. The article has been updated.

03
CONTEXT

Clarifications

A clarification may be added when the facts originally published were not necessarily incorrect but additional context is required to prevent misunderstanding or to make the meaning of the article clearer.

Clarifications may also be made when new context becomes available that significantly improves a reader’s understanding of the original story.

04
DEVELOPING NEWS

Updates to Developing Stories

News can change quickly. Articles covering developing events may be updated as new and credible information becomes available.

An update does not necessarily mean that the original article contained an error. It may simply reflect new developments that occurred after publication.

Where appropriate, significant updates may be identified within the article or through an updated publication timestamp.

05
HEADLINES

Headline Corrections

Headlines should accurately represent the substance of the article they accompany.

If a headline contains a factual error or creates a materially misleading impression of the underlying story, it may be corrected or revised.

Headlines may also be updated for clarity, accuracy or search visibility without changing the underlying facts of the article.

06
SOURCE INFORMATION

Third-Party Information

MOJO PULSE may report information originating from official statements, press releases, public announcements, social media accounts, companies, organisations, news publications and other external sources.

If information supplied by a third party is subsequently corrected, withdrawn or materially updated, we may update our coverage when the change is relevant to the accuracy of the published story.

Where appropriate, the article may indicate that the underlying information was originally provided by an external source.

07
REMOVAL REQUESTS

Content Removal & Takedown Requests

MOJO PULSE does not automatically remove accurate published content simply because an individual, business or organisation later finds the coverage inconvenient or unfavourable.

However, we may review requests involving legitimate legal, privacy, safety, copyright or significant accuracy concerns.

Case-by-case review

Requests to remove, substantially alter or de-index published content are considered individually. Submission of a request does not guarantee that content will be removed or changed.

In some circumstances, updating or correcting an article may be more appropriate than removing it entirely.

08
YOUR FEEDBACK

Report an Error

Readers, sources and organisations are welcome to contact MOJO PULSE if they believe a published article contains a material factual error.

To help us review your request efficiently, please provide as much relevant information as possible.

PLEASE INCLUDE
  • The headline of the article.
  • A link to the article.
  • The specific information you believe is incorrect.
  • The correction you believe should be made.
  • Reliable supporting information or documentation, where available.
  • Your name and contact information.

We may contact you for additional information if required to assess the request.

09
EDITORIAL JUDGMENT

Corrections vs. Differences of Opinion

A disagreement with an article, analysis, interpretation or editorial perspective does not necessarily constitute a factual error.

Correction requests should identify specific factual information that is believed to be inaccurate.

MOJO PULSE retains editorial discretion when assessing requests for corrections, clarifications and updates.

10
OUR STANDARDS

Editorial Accountability

Corrections are part of responsible digital publishing. Our objective is not to present our work as infallible, but to respond appropriately when credible concerns about accuracy are brought to our attention.

Our broader standards regarding accuracy, sourcing, attribution, artificial intelligence, sponsored content and editorial independence are outlined in the MOJO PULSE Editorial Policy.
